The Green Creators is the creative partnership between Marta Sande Castro and Despina Kenteroglou. We work within an interdisciplinary approach getting inspired by natural processes, mechanisms and materials.
We believe that design is always connected to stories and needs and this is what gives meaning to our creative impulsions.
Coming from different backgrounds and aesthetical perceptions, we complete each others’ Status No in the design process, aiming to generate an innovative yet useful solution to our necessities recognising the undoubted role of the senses in the creation.
All these common values together with our human chemistry encouraged us to collaborate and shape our work under the name of “ The Green Creators”.

We met a sunny day in May 2017 in front of the train station in Poitiers (France) waiting to join a creative community somewhere in the east side of France while we were both being asked to marry a local passenger :)
We started working together in November 2018 in a multidisciplinary creative space called “ADAO”. The association of arts and crafts was born in 2015 in the headquarters of the Volunteer Firemen Association in Barreiro. ADAO is a hub where artists, architects, designers, musicians, performers and anyone who wishes, come together to create and to inspire each other.
